About Al Shafar Development (ASD)

ASD is an investment and development arm of the Al Shafar Group of Companies and was established in 2006 as one of UAE’s leading development company with strong investment and management capabilities to develop and create world-class real estate development in the UAE.

ASD has real estate properties in Dubai located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai Marina, Dubai Land, Culture Village, Downtown Jebel Ali, Jumeirah Village, Dubai Residential City, Meydan City, International City and Jadaf. 

ASD announced plans to expand its real estate portfolio by entering International markets. It has identified Syria, Oman, Sudan, Lebanon, India and Djibouti.
